These terms cover the HH Digital LLC website (hhdigitalllc.us) and any custom software engagement you enter into with us. Our individual apps have their own end-user terms, available on their app-store listings.

About these terms

These terms govern your use of hhdigitalllc.us (the "site") and any engagement you enter into with HH Digital LLC ("HH Digital", "we", "us") for custom software work. Our published apps (for example, Mood Print) are governed by their own end-user terms, shown on each app-store listing and inside the app itself.

Use of the site

The site is provided for informational purposes. You may browse, share links to, and reference the content for non-commercial use. You may not scrape, mirror, republish, or use the content to train machine-learning models without our written permission.

Custom software engagements

Custom work is delivered under a separate written statement of work that sets out scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and payment terms. No engagement is formed by submitting the contact form or by email correspondence alone — a signed statement of work (or a countersigned proposal) is required.

Intellectual property

Unless the statement of work says otherwise, we transfer ownership of the code and design deliverables produced for a client on receipt of full payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and internal frameworks, and license them to the client for use as part of the delivered software.

Fees and payment

Fees, milestones, and payment terms are set in the statement of work. Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Late payment may pause active work until the account is brought current.

Warranties and liability

We deliver our work with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and any information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms and any engagement with HH Digital LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts sitting in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when we post them on this page, with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after that date means you accept the revised terms.
